2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you sign up for a paid plan and you're not happy — for any reason at all — you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment.
- The 24-hour window starts from the moment your payment is processed.
- This applies to first-time purchases only, not subscription renewals.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method you used at checkout.
- Banks typically take 3–7 business days to return the funds, depending on your provider.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Subscription Renewals
Plans renew automatically on your billing date unless you cancel beforehand. Renewal charges aren't covered by the refund guarantee — so if you don't want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Our support team can walk you through it if you're unsure how.
5. When a Refund Won't Apply
We're fair, but a few situations fall outside our refund window:
- You request a refund more than 24 hours after your initial payment.
- Your account was suspended because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials or trying to work around regional access rules.
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank. If that happens, please come to us directly first — we'll sort it out faster.

7. Updates to This Policy
We can update this policy at any time. When we do, the new version takes effect immediately upon posting. If you subscribed before a change, the terms that were in place at the time of your purchase still apply to that subscription period.
