These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of the Plex IPTV website at plexeiptv.online and our streaming subscription service. By using or accessing our service in any way, you confirm you've read these Terms and agree to follow them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Signing up for a free trial, creating an account, or completing a purchase means you accept these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy. If you can't agree to these Terms, please don't use the service.
2. What We Offer
Plex IPTV gives you access to a handpicked lineup of live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet. Subscriptions come in several shapes:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
- Single-screen, dual-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers.
- A one-time free 24-hour trial, available once per account.
Channels and content vary by region and may change over time without prior notice.
3. Creating Your Account
- A valid email address is required to sign up.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and confidential.
- Your subscription is for personal and household use — don't share credentials with anyone outside your home.
- You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.
4. What You Can Do
You agree to use Plex IPTV only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you're welcome to:
- Watch content on your personal devices for non-commercial enjoyment.
- Stream on as many simultaneous connections as your chosen plan allows.
5. What You Can't Do
The following are not permitted under any plan:
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing your account access to others.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service.
- Attempting to bypass geo-restrictions or any security controls.
- Recording or capturing content for redistribution in any form.
- Using the service for commercial purposes without our written approval.
- Taking any action that degrades or disrupts our servers or network.
Breaking these rules leads to immediate account suspension with no refund issued.
6. Payments & Billing
- All prices are listed in USD. Local taxes may apply at checkout.
- Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We never store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each cycle unless you cancel first.
- We send a reminder before renewal — it's on you to cancel if you don't want to continue.
7. Cancellation
Cancel whenever you want by reaching out through WhatsApp or our contact form. Your access stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
8. Refunds
Our full refund rules are in the Refund Policy. The short version: first-time purchases come with a 24-hour money-back guarantee. Subscription renewals are not refundable.
9. Service Uptime
We work hard to keep Plex IPTV running smoothly, targeting 99.9% uptime. That said, we can't guarantee the service will always be available. We're not on the hook for outages caused by:
- Your own internet connection or ISP issues.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- Channel provider outages or content licensing adjustments.
10. Intellectual Property
The broadcast content you access belongs to the respective rights holders — Plex IPTV doesn't own it. Our website design, code, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Plex IPTV.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Plex IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you for any dispute under these Terms is capped at what you paid for your current subscription period.
12. Indemnification
You agree to cover Plex IPTV, our team, and our agents against any claims, costs, or damages that result from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service in a way that harms others.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. If a dispute comes up, we'll try to sort it out through good-faith discussions first. Anything we can't resolve that way goes to binding arbitration.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
